About the role
- Oversee Service Project Managers and all aspects of project execution
- Manage project costs, field labor, subcontractors/vendors
- Ensure project completion on time and under budget
- Conduct operational project meetings and document accordingly
- Build and maintain strong customer relations with general contractors and owners
- Conduct monthly reports and cost reviews, ensuring compliance with financial goals
Requirements
- 4 Year Degree in Construction Management or applicable field
- Minimum 10+ year's verifiable Project Management experience working for a mechanical subcontractor
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
