About the role
- Determine customer needs, developing and estimating project solutions for HVAC, Controls, Mechanical, & Electrical
- Maintain and update CRM software regularly
- Actively participate in relevant training
- Monitor, report, meet or exceed sales plan goals
- Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog to achieve the designed sales plan.
Requirements
- Must have ten (10) years' experience in HVAC, Mechanical or related sales, selling owner-direct projects and maintenance agreements
- Proven track record of repeatedly exceeding established sales goals of over $5MM annually
- Proven track record of account management and retention
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to provide innovative ideas for excellent customer care
- Organized and self-motivated
- Professional manner and appearance
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
