About the role

  • Determine customer needs, developing and estimating project solutions for HVAC, Controls, Mechanical, & Electrical
  • Maintain and update CRM software regularly
  • Actively participate in relevant training
  • Monitor, report, meet or exceed sales plan goals
  • Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog to achieve the designed sales plan.

Requirements

  • Must have ten (10) years' experience in HVAC, Mechanical or related sales, selling owner-direct projects and maintenance agreements
  • Proven track record of repeatedly exceeding established sales goals of over $5MM annually
  • Proven track record of account management and retention
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to provide innovative ideas for excellent customer care
  • Organized and self-motivated
  • Professional manner and appearance
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
