About the role
- Provides technical assistance to pre-engineering teams during data collection surveys.
- Leads site surveys and develops energy conservation strategies.
- Reviews Requests For Proposals (RFPs) for procurement.
- Collaborates with project engineering.
- Conducts commissioning and occasional peer reviews of design documents.
- Assists project teams with site visits and troubleshooting.
- Develops training material for Technical Services teams.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro-commissioning.
- Professional Mechanical Engineering (PE) license.
- Possesses expert technical knowledge of the subject matter.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and Customer/Client orientation.
- Leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor others.
- Ability to problem solve and analyze complex systems.
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects with competing deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
