About the role

  • Determine customer needs and develop project solutions for HVAC, Controls, Mechanical, & Electrical
  • Meeting or exceeding sales objectives and developing customer relationships
  • Maintain and update CRM software regularly
  • Generate additional work for Services and maintain higher profit margins
  • Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog to support sales plan

Requirements

  • Ten (10) years' experience in HVAC, Mechanical or related sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals of over $5MM annually
  • Proven track record of account management and retention
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Organized and self-motivated with ability to source leads and make cold calls
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
