About the role
- Determine customer needs and develop project solutions for HVAC, Controls, Mechanical, & Electrical
- Meeting or exceeding sales objectives and developing customer relationships
- Maintain and update CRM software regularly
- Generate additional work for Services and maintain higher profit margins
- Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog to support sales plan
Requirements
- Ten (10) years' experience in HVAC, Mechanical or related sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals of over $5MM annually
- Proven track record of account management and retention
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Organized and self-motivated with ability to source leads and make cold calls
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
