About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support candidates from first contact through successful placement and integration
- Work closely with international colleagues, clients and external partners
- Assist with candidate sourcing via international networks, local teams, databases, social media and recruiting events
- Review application documents, assess qualifications and documentation, and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate and accompany interviews between candidates and clients
- Act as a trusted point of contact for candidates throughout the entire recruiting process
- Provide transparent advice on working and living conditions in the destination country
- Maintain candidate records and recruiting documentation carefully
- Develop, structure and document recruiting processes as you gain experience
- Contribute experience and ideas to optimize workflows as you gain experience
- Support the further professionalization of international recruiting activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training or degree, ideally with a focus on human resources, healthcare or hospitality/food service
- Genuine interest in recruiting and in working with people in an international environment
- Fluent German and very good English skills
- Confident user of digital tools and MS Office applications
- Initial experience in HR, recruiting or administrative roles is an advantage
- Industry knowledge in healthcare, hospitality or related sectors is an advantage
- Experience in international or intercultural work environments is an advantage
