About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Accompany candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Guide candidates from initial contact through successful placement and integration
  • Collaborate closely with international colleagues, clients, and external partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed vocational training or a degree, ideally with a background in HR, healthcare, or hospitality
  • Confident German skills and a good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Organized, reliable, and team-oriented working style
  • Comfortable using MS Office and digital tools
  • Prior experience in recruitment is an advantage
  • Experience in medical, nursing, hospitality, or gastronomy sectors is a plus
  • Experience in international or multicultural working environments is beneficial
  • Affinity for business development or interest in commercial growth initiatives is a plus
