About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle vessel accounts and expedite payments
- Support audits and uphold accurate, trusted financial operations
- Manage accounting records and general ledger for SMC and assigned vessels
- Ensure timely settlement of accounts/payments for vessel operations
- Provide monthly accounting reconciliation of specific accounts
- Assist in internal and external audits by gathering and providing required information
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Accounting field
- Good analytical and conceptual thinking
- Attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Adaptive to changing environment
