About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the execution of the full spectrum of global Group HR initiatives and projects by providing hands‑on support across planning, implementation, coordination, and follow‑up activities.
Assist in providing global HR support to business units by supporting HR initiatives, system‑related activities, and project delivery.
Contribute to the innovation of HR processes and practices through digitalisation and AI‑enabled solutions.
Maintain strong operational knowledge across all HRMS modules and integrations.
Monitor and manage the HR ticketing desk by handling, allocating, and assigning requests.
Provide basic system support, including system administration, data updates, and user access management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Previous experience in a multinational company (MNC) is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with focus on data accuracy
High level of confidentiality
Ability to work effectively and collaborate with various departments
Proficiency with software systems and Microsoft suite
Familiarity with HR processes and best practices is advantageous
