About the role

  • Provide essential administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee relations activities
  • Maintain accurate records and support HR projects that promote a positive employee experience
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of monthly timesheets for all employees
  • Extract and consolidate attendance data from IBSS and the company’s HR Information System (HRIS)
  • Monitor attendance records to identify inconsistencies, disputes, and irregularities
  • Coordinate with concerned departments or employees to validate discrepancies
  • Maintain and update employee 201 files
  • Digitize and upload employee records to the HRIS
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards
  • Support the transition from manual to digital filing systems
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for employee engagement activities
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of training and development programs
  • Help prepare training materials and documentation required for external learning sessions
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels
  • Screen resumes and endorse qualified applicants to HR Officers
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
  • Help maintain the applicant tracking system and recruitment database
  • Collaborate with HR and support teams to conceptualize and produce multimedia content
  • Assist in editing and formatting visual materials for clarity and consistency
  • Support the development of engaging content for employee communication platforms

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline is desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience (typically 0–2 years) in an administrative or HR support role is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Office)
  • Basic understanding of employment law, data protection and HR best practice
