About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver lessons in accordance with Berlitz teaching principles
- Conduct level assessments and needs-analyses
- Work with private and group students at various locations or virtually
- Meet with Academic Specialist regularly for lesson evaluation and coaching
- Complete training and professional development modules
- Keep student pedagogical and attendance records up to date
- Integrate learning technology into teaching programs
- Perform duties as delegated by the Service Delivery Manager or Academic Specialist
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Teaching experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to speak English fluently
- Exceptional communication skills
- Basic administrative skills
- Computer knowledge to deliver lessons and maintain student records
- Flexibility with work hours and availability
