About the role

  • Advise on and sell our services with a particular focus on private customers (B2C) and our target groups within subsidised programmes and the public authority sector (B2G)
  • Actively expand our customer base through proactive new-customer acquisition
  • Build, maintain and further develop a strong local network and work closely with local authorities
  • Carry out local marketing and networking activities to identify and develop new partnerships
  • Independently plan and execute sales activities (mailings, participation in trade fairs, local events and networking functions)
  • Plan, coordinate and expand the relevant course offerings

Requirements

  • Vocational training or a degree with a commercial, language or e.g. tourism background
  • Experience in sales, business development or key account management, ideally in the services sector
  • Strong networking skills and enjoyment of a proactive approach to building new, long-term customer relationships
  • High self-motivation, entrepreneurial thinking and a hands-on mentality
  • Excellent communication skills, strong enthusiasm and persuasive ability, and a confident, dynamic manner
  • Very good German and English skills
