About the role

  • Procuring planning, construction and professional services for the implementation of our new-build and existing building projects within the framework of public procurement law
  • Initiating and collaboratively preparing framework agreements
  • Reviewing and jointly refining specifications, quantity calculations and award criteria
  • Preparing and coordinating tenders at the department level
  • Monitoring the market and evaluating suitable contractors
  • Developing and optimizing procurement strategies

Requirements

  • A completed degree in business or a technical field, or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience, or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience in purchasing planning and construction services
  • Knowledge of HOAI and VOB is an advantage
  • Experience applying public procurement law
  • Experience in developing and drafting framework agreements
  • A respectful communication style and enthusiasm for collaborating across multiple interfaces/stakeholders
