About the role
- Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the Corporate Finance and Investor Relations department
- Leadership, development and motivation of the Corporate Finance and Investor Relations team
- Management and further development of financing and interest-rate risk management strategies at group and portfolio level (e.g., bank financing, capital market loans and equity instruments)
- Responsibility for structured financing and refinancing measures for existing assets and project development portfolios
- Ensuring liquidity, solvency and financial stability at group, portfolio and company level
- Participation in the preparation and execution of transactions
- Establishing, maintaining and further developing relationships with investors, banks, rating agencies and analysts
- Responsibility for the investor relations strategy, including reporting, presentations and capital markets communication
- Supporting the division head and executive management on strategic issues, investment decisions and special projects
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Real Estate Economics or a commercial qualification with relevant further training
- Several years of relevant professional experience in Corporate Treasury, Corporate Finance or Banking, ideally in the real estate sector
- Leadership experience and the ability to develop employees/teams both professionally and personally
- Solid knowledge of financial risk management, treasury management, liquidity management, derivatives trading as well as experience structuring complex financings and working with capital market and financing partners
- Highly developed analytical and conceptual skills
- Excellent communication skills, strong negotiation ability and confident presence with investors, banks and management
- Structured, independent and results-oriented working style
- Good SAP knowledge
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
