About the role

  • Build and implement a strategic personnel development framework
  • Design and deliver strategic programs and projects, including topics such as New Work, Talent Management, and Leadership
  • Develop and implement personnel development measures and further refine existing processes
  • Advise and support internal change processes
  • Continuously develop, systematize, and improve personnel development activities with the goal of developing employees, identifying high-potential talent, and strengthening the employer
  • Initiate strategic succession planning from a personnel development perspective
  • Select and supervise apprentices, dual-study students, and trainees

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in personnel development
  • Relevant knowledge and experience in designing and implementing modern personnel development tools and using innovative learning formats
  • Solid skills in project and change management as well as in training and facilitation
  • Strong consulting and moderation skills, ideally with additional certification as a trainer, facilitator, and/or coach
  • Highly self-directed, goal-oriented, and structured work style
  • Enjoy working with people, empathetic demeanor, excellent communication skills, and high social competence
  • Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SAP experience desirable
