About the role
- Technology ambassador: You identify technological trends (AI, CMS features) and coordinate their implementation.
- Performance monitoring & SEO: You keep a close eye on our technical infrastructure and SEO performance. You analyze data and jointly develop optimization proposals with the engineering team.
- Process optimization: You analyze editorial workflows and look for opportunities to automate or provide technical support to make the newsroom more efficient.
- Multi-project management: You manage complex projects across departments and facilitate communication between content creators and software engineers.
Requirements
- Native-level German for editorial work and business-fluent English for smooth daily coordination with our international developer teams.
- Bilingual (content & code): You understand the language of the editorial team as well as the logic of software development.
- Technical foundation: Solid knowledge of SEO, web technologies, and data analysis is standard for you.
- Organizational talent: You are proficient in agile project management methods and keep a cool head even when handling multiple parallel projects.
- Strong facilitation skills: You can explain technical hurdles to editorial staff and simultaneously prioritize editorial requests with the engineering team.
