About the role

  • Technology ambassador: You identify technological trends (AI, CMS features) and coordinate their implementation.
  • Performance monitoring & SEO: You keep a close eye on our technical infrastructure and SEO performance. You analyze data and develop optimization proposals together with the engineering team.
  • Process optimization: You analyze editorial workflows and look for opportunities for automation or technical support to make the newsroom more efficient.
  • Multi-project management: You manage complex projects across departments and facilitate communication between content creators and software engineers.

Requirements

  • Native-level German for editorial work and business-fluent English for smooth daily coordination with our international development teams.
  • Bilingual (content & code): You understand the language of the editorial team as well as the logic of software development.
  • Technical foundation: Solid knowledge of SEO, web technologies and data analysis.
  • Organizational talent: You are experienced with agile project management methods and keep a cool head when handling multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong facilitation skills: You can explain technical challenges to the editorial team and, at the same time, prioritize editorial requests for the engineering team.
