About the role
- Planning, coordinating and overseeing all measures related to tram overhead line and traction power cable systems
- Defining design and planning specifications for the operation, maintenance and fault clearance of our systems
- Reviewing all relevant documentation
- Preparing work and service instructions for the subordinate overhead line maintenance team
- Involvement from tendering and contract award through to invoice verification
- Ensuring the successful commissioning of all overhead line and cable systems
Requirements
- Degree in electrical engineering / state-certified technician / master craftsman in electrical engineering or equivalent skills and knowledge gained through many years of professional experience
- German language skills at C1 level
- Knowledge of overhead line construction types and rail power supply equipment
- Familiarity with technical regulations such as BOStrab, DIN/EN and VDE standards, VDV guidelines, DGUV, etc.
- Team-oriented working style and a respectful approach
- Strong self-management, assertiveness and a focus on results
