About the role
- Responsible for system availability, monitoring, release cycles and other administrative tasks
- Design of processes and management of tools
- Ensuring compliance at one of Germany’s largest public transport companies
- Developing concepts for the strategic further development of license management
- Planning and implementing optimization measures
- Developing systems with consideration for interfaces and software vendor licensing requirements
- Creating a structured and legally compliant approach to compliance
- Analyzing and assessing changes to ensure stable and efficient operations
- Release and lifecycle management with alignment to BVG requirements and vendor recommendations
Requirements
- Skills, experience and knowledge in system administration and programming
- German language skills at C1 level
- Extensive experience with a wide range of software solutions in heterogeneous IT landscapes (Windows environments, SAP, ServiceNow, among others)
- Experience with IT Service Management
- Proficient in the programming languages JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Analytical and business-minded thinking combined with proactive decision-making
- Clear, structured and consultative communication with internal stakeholders
