About the role
- Support the organization on legal and regulatory matters
- Review and draft contracts (e.g., supplier, service, collaboration, NDAs, General Terms and Conditions) in German and English
- Develop and maintain contract templates
- Maintain and develop the Compliance Management System (CMS)
- Handle reports submitted through the internal whistleblower system
- Monitor and assess compliance risks
- Serve as a point of contact for compliance-related questions
Requirements
- Degree in law (e.g., Master of Laws) or an equivalent legal qualification
- Initial experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, preferably with a focus on contract law or compliance
- Independent, solution-oriented and structured working style
- Reliability and commitment to quality
- Very good German and English skills
