About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Visit wholesale agency partners nationally
- Monitor and foster agency relationships
- Grow a book of business
- Understand and communicate BHHC’s non admitted property products
- Arrange virtual visits and in person travel
- Act as decision maker regarding agency appointments and commitments
- Identify opportunities for new business and collaborate with company underwriters
- Develop the marketing strategy for assigned agents
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years related work experience
- Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance and rating insurance products
- Understanding of Excess & Surplus Lines Insurance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to organize time and resources and handle multiple priorities
- Research and evaluate alternatives, reach decisions, and make recommendations
