Key responsibilities & impact

Visit wholesale agency partners nationally
Monitor and foster agency relationships
Grow a book of business
Understand and communicate BHHC’s non admitted property products
Arrange virtual visits and in person travel
Act as decision maker regarding agency appointments and commitments
Identify opportunities for new business and collaborate with company underwriters
Develop the marketing strategy for assigned agents

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
3-5 years related work experience
Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance and rating insurance products
Understanding of Excess & Surplus Lines Insurance
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to organize time and resources and handle multiple priorities
Research and evaluate alternatives, reach decisions, and make recommendations
