About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to the development, pricing, and profitability of workers’ compensation insurance products
  • Perform actuarial pricing analyses, support rate and regulatory filings
  • Participate in projects to develop or enhance products
  • Work closely with internal business partners
  • Actively monitor product performance through ongoing analysis, reporting, and profitability tracking
  • Support ongoing professional development through progress toward actuarial examinations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, actuarial science, or related field
  • At least 1-2 CAS exams are strongly preferred.
  • Prior internship or relevant P&C pricing experience are a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability of results
  • Ability to communicate results and assumptions
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and model results
  • Results-oriented with the ability to adjust priorities when necessary
  • IT and statistical skills are highly valued.
  • Knowledge of SQL is preferred; VBA & Python skills are a plus
