Key responsibilities & impact

Provide onboarding and orientation for new agency relationships
Provide in-depth knowledge of GUARD’S functioning as a carrier
Ongoing marketing and procedural training and support
Continuously encouraging production from individual appointed agencies
Partnering with field personnel to meet territorial production goals
Responding to a wide range of agency problems and assisting in agency appointments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent communication and computer skills are essential for the role
Exceptional internal and external customer service skills are a must
