About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide onboarding and orientation for new agency relationships
Provide in-depth knowledge and understanding of GUARD’S functioning as a carrier
Ongoing marketing and procedural training and support for agency base
Encouraging production from individual appointed agencies
Partnering with field personnel to meet territorial production goals
Managing assigned territory using IIS Dashboard and follow ups
Responding to agency problems and providing training to agents

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent communication and computer skills are essential for the role
Exceptional internal and external customer service skills are a must
