About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You’ll be part of the internal sales division within our Distribution team - helping independent agencies succeed
Provide onboarding and orientation for new agency relationships
In-depth knowledge of GUARD’S functioning as a carrier
Ongoing marketing and procedural training and support for independent agency base
Continuously encouraging production from individual appointed agencies
Partnering with field personnel to meet territorial production goals
Managing assigned territory utilizing IIS Dashboard
Responding to a wide range of agency problems and providing ongoing training to agents

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent communication and computer skills are essential for the role
Exceptional internal and external customer service skills are a must
