About the role

  • Assist in the design, creation, and delivery of content across multiple channels (including website, email, social media, digital materials, print collateral, and internal communications).
  • Support multimedia efforts by helping develop, update, and maintain content for digital and print assets.
  • Perform editorial tasks, including writing, proofreading, and editing technical and creative pieces.
  • Collaborate on the production and fulfillment of marketing and sales materials, including kits, merchandise, presentations, displays, and printed items.
  • Contribute to ongoing marketing campaigns and help ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Requirements

  • Enrollment in a 4-year degree program in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) a plus.
  • Creative thinking paired with strong organization and time-management abilities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
