About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Accurate collection, verification, and analysis of institutional data
Manage federal mandated reporting such as IPEDS
Support reporting needs for accreditation, state approval, and compliance reporting
Prepare materials in response to internal and external stakeholders' requests
Document and maintain sources of institutional data
Verify data accuracy and investigate discrepancies
Design and maintain dashboards and conduct peer comparison benchmarking
Support assessment initiatives through survey methodologies and data analysis
Interpret data findings to provide actionable recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years in Institutional Research or a related field
Strong familiarity with IPEDS and compliance-related projects
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
Strong skills in Excel and Google Suite
Experience with student information systems
Knowledge of R, Python, Tableau, or Qualtrics is a significant plus
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Handling confidential information with the highest level of discretion
A proven ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining careful attention to detail
