About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own product execution for a defined area of the product and align cross-functional partners
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to understand customer segments, validate solutions, and build scalable products
  • Own and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements
  • Partner with engineering leads on user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities
  • Manage agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Drive product launch operations, including release planning, documentation, communication, adoption, and iteration
  • Lead change management for product initiatives and support feature adoption and governance
  • Define and track success metrics using data and insights to inform decisions and tradeoffs
  • Operate autonomously in an ambiguous environment to drive results

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years total experience
  • Product management experience is a plus but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments
  • Track record of driving meaningful growth for B2B products
  • Experience leading cross-functional sprint teams comprising design, engineering, and QA
  • Experience with product lifecycle, including strategic visioning, discovery, and delivery
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to translate customer insights into product features
  • Experience using user insights, data, and analytics for product decisions and roadmaps
  • Experience owning and managing a product roadmap
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional, technology-enabled initiatives
  • Experience with change management and system rollouts
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
  • Ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments and balance competing priorities
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Must submit verification of legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
