Key responsibilities & impact
  • You'll work alongside experienced consultants and senior executives.
  • Help organizations solve complex strategic, operational, financial, and organizational challenges.
  • Analyze complex business challenges, develop actionable recommendations, and support implementation efforts.
  • Conducting market, operational, financial, and organizational analyses to support board and executive decision-making.
  • Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Developing presentations, reports, dashboards, and other client deliverables.
  • Supporting strategic planning and business process optimization initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in economics, mathematics, data science, statistics, finance, accounting, healthcare administration, healthcare informatics, engineering, environmental science or a related field.
  • A GPA of 3.5 or higher is highly desirable.
  • 0-2 years of work experience, including internships.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required; experience with MS SQL Server, R, Python, Stata, SAS, Tableau, Snowflake, Alteryx, Databricks, or Teradata is highly desirable.
  • The willingness and interest to expand into these capabilities is a must.
  • Ability to perform complex research accurately, thoroughly, and efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to different audiences.
  • Thrives in a dynamic work environment, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.
