About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Report to the Health Analytics Practice Executive Leadership team
  • Drive practice strategy, improved financial performance, and growth in revenue and profitability
  • Collaborate with Financial Planning & Analytics team to maintain and utilize tracking tools
  • Act as a liaison between HAP leadership and corporate VPs
  • Lead strategic practice initiatives including staffing and utilization management
  • Manage operational individuals
  • Coordinate with HAP leadership and HR for onboarding, utilization management, compensation and bill rate increase processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree, MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus
  • Minimum of 10 years of prior work experience, preferably in a fast-paced consulting environment
  • Ability to analyze financial information and build financial models for practice management initiatives
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with ability to problem solve
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize changing work demands
  • Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills
  • Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel, primarily to offices with significant presence of HAP staff
