About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Report to the Health Analytics Practice Executive Leadership team
- Drive practice strategy, improved financial performance, and growth in revenue and profitability
- Collaborate with Financial Planning & Analytics team to maintain and utilize tracking tools
- Act as a liaison between HAP leadership and corporate VPs
- Lead strategic practice initiatives including staffing and utilization management
- Manage operational individuals
- Coordinate with HAP leadership and HR for onboarding, utilization management, compensation and bill rate increase processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree, MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus
- Minimum of 10 years of prior work experience, preferably in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Ability to analyze financial information and build financial models for practice management initiatives
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with ability to problem solve
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize changing work demands
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills
- Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel, primarily to offices with significant presence of HAP staff
