About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Report to the Health Analytics Practice Executive Leadership team
Drive practice strategy, improved financial performance, and growth in revenue and profitability
Collaborate with Financial Planning & Analytics team to maintain and utilize tracking tools
Act as a liaison between HAP leadership and corporate VPs
Lead strategic practice initiatives including staffing and utilization management
Manage operational individuals
Coordinate with HAP leadership and HR for onboarding, utilization management, compensation and bill rate increase processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree, MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus
Minimum of 10 years of prior work experience, preferably in a fast-paced consulting environment
Ability to analyze financial information and build financial models for practice management initiatives
Entrepreneurial mindset, with ability to problem solve
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize changing work demands
Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills
Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to travel, primarily to offices with significant presence of HAP staff
