About the role
- Translate strategy into creative direction, leading the concept and development of key projects from idea through delivery.
- Provide art direction, feedback, and hands-on creative leadership to elevate work across the team.
- Drive brand and design consistency across print and digital, acting as a steward of visual standards.
- Support campaign development, concepting omni-channel creative and guiding projects from concept to completion.
- Partner with the team to turn ideas into fully realized marketing deliverables, contributing directly when needed.
- Lead the team’s digital-first approach, ensuring work is modern, effective, and scalable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in a design role
- 5+ years experience in B2B marketing, ideally professional services marketing
- Proven ability to use tools and technology to improve creative processes, scale output, and enhance quality.
