About the role

  • Own product execution for a defined area of the product, clearly articulating direction and influencing cross-functional partners to align and deliver.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to understand various customer segments, validate solutions, and build products that scale.
  • Own and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer impact, business goals, and market dynamics.
  • Partner with engineering leads to ensure teams have well-defined stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities.
  • Manage and facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Drive product launch operations for your area, including release planning, product documentation, communication, adoption, and iteration.
  • Lead change management for product initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to plan, communicate, and support successful adoption and governance of new features.
  • Define and track success metrics, using data and insights to inform decisions and tradeoffs.
  • Operate with autonomy in an ambiguous environment, using judgment, intuition, and feedback loops to drive results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management or a transferable role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience managing cross-functional, technology-enabled initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with change management and system rollouts
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
  • Ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments and balance competing priorities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders from individual contributors to senior leaders
  • Candidate must be able to submit verification of their legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
