About the role

  • Execute and manage projects primarily in the areas of building fabric/site surveys, demolition planning, disposal/recovery, site recycling, and technical construction management
  • Design and plan required work packages and implement them independently while adhering to defined costs, processes, and schedules
  • Coordinate and control individual project activities
  • Prepare expert reports and documentation
  • Serve as the primary contact for all technical, scheduling, and logistical matters

Requirements

  • Degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geosciences, or a comparable natural science program – or certified technician/master in building construction
  • Approximately three years of professional experience in a comparable role
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety
  • Experience working on construction sites
  • Confident user of common MS Office programs
  • Experience with database systems and geographic information systems (GIS)
  • Enthusiasm for project development and implementation
  • Willingness to attend external appointments and travel for business
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Enjoyment of work in the office, on construction sites and outdoors
  • Goal-oriented and independent working style
  • Organizational skills, pragmatism, and strong implementation capability
  • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
