About the role
- Responsibility for controlling various business units
- Performing cost accounting tasks (e.g., determining hourly and surcharge rates, preparing the cost allocation sheet (BAB))
- Preparing cost calculations
- Preparing the monthly reporting, including commentary and variance analyses
- Supporting the further development of the BI system and the continued digitization of business and financial processes
- Conducting planning and preparing forecast/projection calculations
- Project controlling
- Supporting strategy development
- Conducting analyses and projects
- Month-end and year-end closing
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling, or a commercial apprenticeship with further qualification as a Controller (m/f/d)
- Several years of professional experience in controlling within an industrial company covering the mentioned areas
- Comprehensive knowledge of controlling and financial accounting and a very good understanding of business management contexts
- Good written and spoken English
- Confident use of MS Office programs
- Solid experience working with SAP or a comparable ERP system
- High commitment as well as reliable, systematic and service-oriented working methods
- Strong team player
