- Full recruiting process from initial interviews through to contract signature
- Creative talent sourcing via social media and active sourcing

Requirements
- Experience in recruiting and talent development
- Ideally worked as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
- Service-oriented HR professional, advisor and driver of change
- Independent, proactive and solution-oriented
- Clear, empathetic communication and the ability to interact on equal footing
- Ideally experience with modern HR tools and digital processes
