About the role

  • You work in the retail trade, build customer relationships, and independently ensure that our brands Mio Mio as well as Berentzen and Puschkin are visible in your territory and that market potential is maximized.
  • Independently develop the sales territory based on agreed KPIs.
  • Drive and implement listings and secondary placements at the point of sale (POS).
  • Actively manage order quantities at the POS and prevent out-of-stock situations.
  • Independently manage the sales area through self-directed route planning and market and competitor analysis.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training and/or experience in field sales.
  • Knowledge of the structure of the grocery/food retail sector (LEH).
  • Residence within the sales territory.
  • Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Independent working style as well as entrepreneurial thinking and approach.
  • Experience and skill in sales negotiations.
