About the role
- Design, development, integration and testing of cross-service IT architectures related to internal process automation for more than 10,000 users.
- SharePoint-based automation of requestable services (e.g., users, shared mailboxes, applications, access groups, etc.) while ensuring high service quality and security standards.
- Design, maintenance and optimization of the IT architecture ensuring consistency, scalability and integration with service and system management processes.
- Development and implementation of service solutions within the existing IT infrastructure, complying with performance, quality and security standards.
- Continuous improvement of system performance and interfaces between infrastructure components (order portal, IAM, Active Directory, backend systems).
- Creation and execution of test scenarios to validate concepts and ensure stable operation for over 10,000 users.
- Preparation and presentation of solution concepts and results to business units and stakeholders.
- Independent, structured and service-oriented working style with timely planning, coordination and documentation in accordance with release schedules.
Requirements
- Completed degree in IT or recognized IT vocational training; alternatively at least 10 years of professional experience in the IT field.
- Certification in IT service management (e.g., ITIL Foundation or equivalent) and solid knowledge of IT architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, NAF or Architectural Thinking.
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint On-Premise and/or SharePoint Enterprise and multi-farm environments supporting over 10,000 users.
- At least 5 years of experience integrating Microsoft infrastructures into system management environments with interfaces to directory services.
- 3 years' experience using JIRA and working with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
- Excellent German language skills (C1) and intermediate English skills (B1), certified according to the CEFR standard.
