About the role
- Oversee key revenue operations planning including account prioritization, territory planning, quota setting, resource planning, and compensation plan design
- Build a strong Reporting & Analytics suite with a single source of truth, scalable reporting, and real-time actionable insights
- Drive continuous process improvement through standard operating cadences
- Own the deployment, optimization, and governance of the GTM tech stack including CRM (HubSpot)
- Define, document, and deploy new operational processes and ensure rigorous adoption across the GTM organization
- Design and scale the RevOps function as the company grows
- Partner with Sales Leadership and Enablement to define onboarding, process, and sales methodology (MEDDICC) standards
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Senior Revenue Operations roles
- Experience working with Marketing, Sales & Customer Success teams in fast growing SaaS environment
- Consistent track record owning and scaling Revenue Operations through periods of rapid growth
- High proficiency in CRM Platforms and Data Analysis tools
- Experience conducting a sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data
- Interdepartmental communication and change management
- Excellent English language skills are a must, any other language a plus
- Experience with Hubspot CRM, Gong or similar Sales Operations toolset
- Experienced with MEDICC sales methodology is a big plus
