About the role
- Oversee key revenue operations planning including account prioritization, territory planning, quota setting, resource planning, and compensation plan design
- Build a strong Reporting & Analytics suite with scalable reporting and real-time actionable insights
- Drive continuous process improvement through standard operating cadences
- Own the deployment, optimization, and governance of the GTM tech stack
- Define, document, and deploy new operational processes and ensure rigorous adoption across GTM organization
- Design and scale the RevOps function as the company grows
- Partner with Sales Leadership and Enablement to define onboarding, process, and sales methodology standards
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Senior Revenue Operations roles
- Experience working with Marketing, Sales & Customer Success teams in fast growing SaaS environment
- High proficiency in CRM Platforms and Data Analysis tools
- Experience with Hubspot CRM, Gong or similar Sales Operations toolset
- Experienced with MEDICC sales methodology is a big plus
- Excellent English language skills are a must, any other language a plus
