About the role

  • Oversee key revenue operations planning including account prioritization, territory planning, quota setting, resource planning, and compensation plan design
  • Build a strong Reporting & Analytics suite with scalable reporting and real-time actionable insights
  • Drive continuous process improvement through standard operating cadences
  • Own the deployment, optimization, and governance of the GTM tech stack
  • Define, document, and deploy new operational processes and ensure rigorous adoption across GTM organization
  • Design and scale the RevOps function as the company grows
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Enablement to define onboarding, process, and sales methodology standards

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Senior Revenue Operations roles
  • Experience working with Marketing, Sales & Customer Success teams in fast growing SaaS environment
  • High proficiency in CRM Platforms and Data Analysis tools
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM, Gong or similar Sales Operations toolset
  • Experienced with MEDICC sales methodology is a big plus
  • Excellent English language skills are a must, any other language a plus
