About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and contact property owners and asset managers, with a particular focus on the Flemish market.
  • Analyze the potential of identified parking sites and understand owners' priorities to propose the most suitable BePark solution.
  • Open doors to new strategic accounts to feed the pipeline of Senior Business Developers.
  • Ensure rigorous tracking of interactions and the progress of your opportunities.
  • Stay alert to new real estate projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You speak French, have a good level of English, and Dutch is a plus.
  • You have initial experience in a commercial/prospecting environment.
  • You are comfortable communicating, both verbally and in writing.
  • You have a strong sense of listening and analytical skills.
  • You are thorough, organized and autonomous.
  • You have an entrepreneurial, solution-oriented mindset.
  • You have a strong desire to learn and to dive into the urban real estate sector.
