About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and contact property owners and asset managers, with a particular focus on the Flemish market.
- Analyze the potential of identified parking sites and understand owners' priorities to propose the most suitable BePark solution.
- Open doors to new strategic accounts to feed the pipeline of Senior Business Developers.
- Ensure rigorous tracking of interactions and the progress of your opportunities.
- Stay alert to new real estate projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You speak French, have a good level of English, and Dutch is a plus.
- You have initial experience in a commercial/prospecting environment.
- You are comfortable communicating, both verbally and in writing.
- You have a strong sense of listening and analytical skills.
- You are thorough, organized and autonomous.
- You have an entrepreneurial, solution-oriented mindset.
- You have a strong desire to learn and to dive into the urban real estate sector.
