About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead clinical, health economics, and outcomes research communications with population health decision-makers
  • Disseminate scientific evidence and communicate product value propositions
  • Provide field medical MVO leadership on pharmacoeconomics and health outcomes research
  • Build and maintain compliant relationships with key opinion leaders, national and regional payers, managed care organizations, and Canadian payers
  • Provide internal stakeholders with feedback on payer formulary, coverage, and reimbursement trends
  • Provide input on HEOR projects and lead customer outcome projects
  • Assist with HEOR and market access activities, including payer advisory boards and HEOR projects
  • Present clinical and HEOR data to population health decision-makers and external customers
  • Represent BeOne Medicines on HEOR issues at forums, conferences, and professional associations
  • Collaborate with market access, commercial, medical, HEOR, legal, compliance, clinical development, and other internal teams
  • Support professional development and training for the HEOR team and internal stakeholders
  • Support value-based and outcomes-based metrics for payer customers
  • Complete work within the available budget

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • MD, PharmD, PhD, or related advanced degree with 10+ years of experience in Hematology/Oncology; alternatively, a master’s degree with 15 years of relevant experience will be considered
  • Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience with HEOR and presenting HEOR data to external stakeholders
  • Experience applying value-based/outcomes-based metrics with payer customers
  • Ability to ensure compliance with internal and external guidance, regulations, policies, and codes
  • Proven ability to drive high-quality results as a strategic and creative thinker/leader
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in an evolving environment
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships in a global, matrixed environment
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with ability to prioritize and meet objectives
  • Ability and interest in managing and supporting junior team members
  • PC literacy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Customer relationship management and database skills, such as Veeva
  • Ability to travel approximately 70%
