About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead efforts to develop, communicate, and implement Strategic Business Plans for assigned accounts
  • Actively expand corporate relationships with key oncology stakeholders
  • Drive and execute market access strategies for assigned accounts
  • Build and nurture strong corporate relationships with account stakeholders
  • Engage cross-functionally to implement corporate strategies
  • Coordinate with field sales management to improve access

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BS degree with 10+ years of pharmaceutical expertise
  • 7+ years in corporate account management at a multi-state level, with a focus on VA oncology accounts
  • Demonstrated success in Federal contracting and account management across multiple states
  • Oncology therapeutic experience required; oral and IV oncology strongly preferred
  • Biotech or pharmaceutical US marketplace launch experience required
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of success in account management
  • Strong negotiating skills
