About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

End-to-end management of the recruiting process
In partnership with the recruiting team, develops job descriptions, sources candidates, and drives the recruiting process
Pre-screen resumes, complete candidate evaluations, and schedule interviews
Recruit passive candidates and develop sourcing strategies
Ensure compliance with government regulations and organizational policies
Initiate and maintain a network of contacts to help identify qualified candidates
Provide updated candidate reports to keep the Recruiter and Hiring Managers informed

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years’ experience in recruiting in the Biopharma industry across multiple functions
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Previous experience supporting Quality and Manufacturing and business-related functions is a plus
Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical drug discovery lifecycle is a plus
Extensive experience leading recruitment activities
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), Workday experience is a plus
Experience working in a global environment
