About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Promote BeOne’s Hematology and Solid Tumor products through calls on targeted physicians
- Implement sales, marketing, and patient support programs
- Train and educate physician support staff
- Ensure healthcare professionals have realistic expectations
- Maintain communication with Market Access and Customer Enterprise teams
- Identify customer prescribing trends and territory dynamics
- Complete clinical training and eLMS/Compliance Wire assignments
- Perform administrative functions required of the position
Requirements
What you’ll need- B.A. / B.S. degree preferred
- 8+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales & sales management
- Significant oncology experience
- Self-starting, self-managing independent work style
- Customer service priority
- Results oriented with a strategic focus on sales
- Experience in specialty sales
- Understanding of reimbursement, distribution, and managed care processes
- Understanding of national/corporate accounts, managed markets, hospital markets, sites of care, IV medications, injectables, orals, Medicare Part D
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
- Familiarity with CRM software
