About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Promote BeOne’s Hematology and Solid Tumor products through calls on targeted physicians
  • Implement sales, marketing, and patient support programs
  • Train and educate physician support staff
  • Ensure healthcare professionals have realistic expectations
  • Maintain communication with Market Access and Customer Enterprise teams
  • Identify customer prescribing trends and territory dynamics
  • Complete clinical training and eLMS/Compliance Wire assignments
  • Perform administrative functions required of the position

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • B.A. / B.S. degree preferred
  • 8+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales & sales management
  • Significant oncology experience
  • Self-starting, self-managing independent work style
  • Customer service priority
  • Results oriented with a strategic focus on sales
  • Experience in specialty sales
  • Understanding of reimbursement, distribution, and managed care processes
  • Understanding of national/corporate accounts, managed markets, hospital markets, sites of care, IV medications, injectables, orals, Medicare Part D
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Familiarity with CRM software
