About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design and development of complex application systems based on Java, .NET Core and Python frameworks
Architect and build platform tools that utilize AI Agents to automate workflows
Partner closely with Product Managers to define requirements
Collaborate with Front-end teams for seamless UI integration
Work with QA/Testing to ensure enterprise-grade reliability
Ensure optimal availability and scalability of systems
Mentor junior engineers in software development best practices
Proactively evaluate emerging technologies in the AI/Agent space

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
10 - 12 years of experience in software development
Proficient in Java, C#/.NET Core or Python
Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms
Extensive experience in developing large-scale projects
Deep knowledge of object-oriented design, UML, and design patterns
Proficient in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server)
Familiar with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Knowledge of CI/CD principles, Docker containerization, and Kubernetes
Expert in Agile development processes
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Practical understanding of LLMs and Agent frameworks
