About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Be the primary owner of contract operations for the market access team
Onboard market access new hires and ensure an updated onboarding tool kit
Support market access for National, off-site market access and small group events
Provide Meeting Support to the Director of Market Access Operations
Manage the congress and large event planning process
Maintain team level rosters and the market access overview
Own market access communications in partnership with the Director of Market Access Operations
Complete special assignments that may require researching issues, analyzing, and summarizing data

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of market access field experience
Documented success organizing large projects with tight deadlines
Strong people, organizational, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience using SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet, and contract management systems.
