About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and manage regional GTS budgets
- Lead day-to-day GTS operations across Europe and New Markets
- Ensure delivery of technology services optimizing business processes
- Manage vendor relationships and optimize Managed Service Provider engagements
- Act as a strategic liaison between GTS and business leaders
- Lead technology projects across Europe and New Markets
- Identify emerging technologies and propose initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in planning and managing large-scale pharmaceutical and biotech systems
- Strong financial and resource management skills
- Knowledge of technology solutions and customer engagements
- Knowledge in governance, compliance and risk management
- Strong project management skills with standardized methodologies
- Must be fluent in English
