About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Adapt and implement global talent programs for Europe
- Drive regional talent strategy to support growth
- Support HRBPs in all talent processes
- Enable a culture of continuous feedback and development
- Use people analytics to identify trends and opportunities
- Drive regional adaptation of global engagement strategies
- Define success metrics and track program impact
- Advise HRBPs and business leaders using data-driven insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years’ HR or Talent Management experience, including in global/matrixed organizations
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Demonstrated AI proficiency
- Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling storytelling
- Strong skills in program management, stakeholder influence, and data-driven decision-making
- Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus
