Key responsibilities & impact

Actively influence commercialization strategies that support market planning efforts across BeOne’s oncology portfolio
Design, execute, and manage market research projects
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify critical business objectives
Develop and implement market research plans
Analyze national-level audit data for market sizing and analog assessment
Integrate primary market research findings with other analytical insights
Create and implement comprehensive communication plans
Share key multi-stakeholder insights with partners
Stay abreast of emerging healthcare and pharmaceutical industry trends

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor or advanced degree (e.g. Master’s/MBA or Ph.D.), with concentration in Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business
7+ years of overall experience
5+ years progressive experience in consulting, market research, strategic analysis and planning
Biotech or pharmaceutical US marketplace experience required
Oncology launch and/or pre-launch experience preferred
Hands on, in-depth understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods
Forecast model literacy and experience with secondary data analysis is desirable
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data and learning into actionable recommendations for business growth
Demonstrated attention to detail and excellence in project management, including effectively managing multiple projects/priorities
Experience managing vendors and consultants strongly preferred
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
