Key responsibilities & impact

Support development of AI-powered applications and workflows
Gain exposure to LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and multi-agent systems
Assist with prompt design, tool use, agent orchestration, and AI workflow automation
Work with AI coding tools to improve development, debugging, and documentation
Support model integration, testing, evaluation, and production monitoring
Learn modern AI frameworks and practices such as LangGraph-style workflows, reusable skills, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
Proficiency in Python or another modern programming language
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, LLMs, APIs, and software development practices
Exposure to modern AI engineering tools and frameworks
Experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar
Basic understanding of Git, testing, debugging, and technical documentation
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
Clinical trial, life sciences, healthcare, and previous software engineering experience preferred.
