About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Reporting directly to the Head of Biotech Unit, the position is a member of BTU core leadership team
Contributes to the overall BTU strategy and driving its vision and mission
Accountable for the lifecycle management of drug development and commercialization in Biotech Unit
Provides leadership for global product development strategies
Establishes clear processes for team management and communication
Drives strategic team decision-making and delivery of team goals and objectives
Develops, validates, and maintains project plans, schedules, and leads team planning sessions
Plans, tracks, and manages project milestones, goals, KPIs, project budget, dependencies, and critical path

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid knowledge and expertise of managing scaled and complex global portfolio and programs
Good understanding of worldwide clinical trial expertise and best practices
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive work relationships to effectively interface at all levels across the organization
PMP certification a plus
Experience in Oncology/Hematology drug development is preferred
Fluent in written and verbal English.
Desirable: knowledge of Mandarin
